Founded in 1994, Merparts has grown to be one of the most successful and respected independent Mercedes specialists in the UK.
Paul has worked on Mercedes-Benz since 1986, leaving a main dealership to set up on his own as a specialist garage in 1994, using the family property.
In 1996 he was invited to become a technical Advisor to the MB Club, and regularly answers questions for the Gazette (their Club publication). Paul is the sole valuer for the Club in Scotland and his reputation is valued throughout the UK on all matters Mercedes. Paul's services to the Club have recently been recognised with the presentation of a lifetime achievement award.
He is a member of the Institute of the Motor Industry and a certificated Automotive Engineer.
Phil uses his skills in estimating jobs, maintenance, invoicing and other aspects of running a busy specialist garage.
Stef has served his full apprenticeship at the Mercedes-Benz City Centre dealership before joining Paul in 1998. He is model captain for W201 chassis cars, acting for the MB Club.
He is also a member of the Institute of the Motor Industry and a certificated Automotive Engineer.
Both Paul and Stef are accredited to Master Technician level, the highest level currently available.
